A valued member of the Focus Forward Team, Doug began his career with Focus Forward as a Transcriber and Recruiter. Working his way upward, through every level of transcription services, he cultivated an intimate knowledge of all things transcription and project management, and was integral to the development of FFTranscriptions’s all-inclusive project management and FTP platform, TOPS.
Outside of the office, Doug enjoys hiking and camping in the Pennsylvania wilderness, along with writing and performing blues, soul, and folk music in the Philadelphia area in a number of local bands and as a solo artist.
