API Documentation

Callback URLs in the order request submitted to POST /orders for API Transcription are sent to the provided URL when the final transcript is complete.

The update is sent by making a POST request to the specified URL. The request can either contain the transcript as a JSON object or the transcript can be sent as in the body of the post in the format requested via the /fileUpload request (Word, SRT, Text, PDF).

The post contains data in application/x-www-form-urlencoded format with the following parameters:

  • id – the FFT-assigned number of the order
  • job – the client reference number for the order, if any
  • transcript – If JSON format is chosen, this parameter will contain the contents of the final transcript.
